Tour de Westside

Reminder to people who have registered but have NOT PAID. If you are not going to be down at the start of the Tour at Putt Putt’s please email us to let us know that you are still coming but going to be late. We will make arrangements with you to pick up your shirts/packets Friday night or early Saturday morning. Any registrations not paid by 11:30 a.m. Saturday,without letting us know, your shirts may be taken by people looking to register that day. This is due to people no showing in the past who have not paid.

We are less than 2 weeks until Tour de Westside XII.  There is still time to register.  Unfortunately we will not be able to take any registrations by credit card only cash or check, and only cash the day of the event.  You can print off the Late Registration Form, and email it to tourdewestside@gmail.com.  If you can upload the form and email it then at least email your name and shirt sizes.  You can also mail in your form with a check, but should follow it up with an email or call to let us know it is on the way. You will be allowed to pay by cash the day of the event.  You can also call in your registration to 616-481-6606.

We are 5 days away from the Tour de Westside 11.  Here is this years official Map of Events , everyone received one in their registration packets, but if you need an extra one you can print it off.  If you have not registered, and still want to come, there is still time.  Please email us at tourdewestside@gmail.com the Registration Form 2012.  We will be registering people the day of, but it never fails that we will run out of the official t-shirts, so get there early to make sure you can get one.  The official start time is 11 a.m., but we will start taking registrations before that.  Registration is $20 and includes, t-shirt, food, and giveaways from our sponsors.  All money raised goes to benefit Steepletown Neighborhood Services.  Also we will also be having 50/50 raffles at some of the stops, as well as a regular raffle with a new beach cruiser bike, Tiger tickets, and concert tickets with the winners drawn at the end of the night.

EXTENDED REGISTRATION: For those who have pre-registered a reminder that you can pick up your shirts & maps next Friday, April 20th, at Putt Putt’s from 4-8 p.m. We will also be taking additional registrations from now until then, for the people who would still like to be a part of the Tour and have not yet registered. Remember that the registration fee goes to benefit Steepletown Neighborhood Services.
